1. Software License

BarnieCat Apps grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BarnieCat Digital Signs software. Each purchased license key is valid for a single hardware device (screen/player). You may not distribute, resell, or sub-license the software.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the images, videos, text, and overall content displayed using our software. BarnieCat Apps is not liable for any copyright infringement, offensive material, or illegal content broadcasted through your screens. You agree to use the software in compliance with all local and federal laws.

3. Hardware Limitations

While our software is optimized for a variety of Android TV and Fire OS devices, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or flawless playback on all hardware, particularly regarding 4K media on budget devices. Please review our Hardware limitations documentation before purchasing.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall BarnieCat Apps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including, but not limited to, loss of business revenue due to signage downtime).
