We want you to be completely satisfied with your digital signage setup. If you purchase a license key and discover that the BarnieCat Digital Signs player does not work properly on your specific hardware, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply reply to your original purchase receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or email us directly at support@barniecatapps.com with your order number.

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be permanently deactivated and the software will no longer function on your device.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of license key abuse, fraud, or if the request falls outside of the 14-day window.
